Accommodation

All properties are checked for their suitability and are subject to the following criteria:

Options: We provide a range of properties from shared accommodation comprising of 3/4 young people sharing to single flats, Depending on the needs, risks, and capability of the person to be placed.

Location: We endeavor to find properties and accommodation in areas that are required to meet the young person’s needs, such as near college or work, YOT teams, or public Services.

Safety: All properties have fire alarms, carbon monoxide testers, fire exit signs, emergency contact details, and fire blankets, etc.

Furnished: All properties come furnished for young people. There is an expectation that young people will respect the property and the furniture supplied.
