This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to step up — coaching teams, assuring quality, and representing the home with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day leadership of the home
- Drive quality and CQC readiness
- Coach and develop staff
- Act up for the Home Manager when required
Requirements
- Proven senior care leadership
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills
Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Experience
- Supervisory or deputy experience in adult social care
